Social Media Marketing Specialist 

Part time. Must be based on the Sunshine Coast and able to drive to our HQ in Noosa. 


Lolly May is growing & we are seeking a talented, social media marketing obsessed human to help us execute some of the most exciting content and campaigns that the children’s fashion space has ever seen


We do things differently at Lolly May and we are on a mission to find the missing piece in our puzzle. Someone who thinks outside the box, is creatively driven and inspired to create magic and learn from some of the most talented marketing professionals we have in our corner right now. 




WE NEED YOUR HELP TO:

  1. Create strategic, creative social media content across our social media channels (TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest) guided by our overarching brand and marketing strategy
  2. Moderate all user-generated content, facilitate partnerships and foster community engagement
  3. Manage & create our editorial content calendar & schedule content accordingly
  4. Assist with other creative marketing channels where applicable (EDM & ad creatives… experience in these areas is preferred but not essential)


SKILLS NEEDED: 

  • Proven working experience in social media marketing 
  • Excellent creative writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
  • Outstanding knowledge of content marketing & social media channels (particularly Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest)
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and a great understanding of major marketing channels 
  • E-commerce experience is preferred
